PLUCK Guild Hall East Hampton Screening

The recent film screening of PLUCK at Guild Hall in East Hampton was great. The attendance was wonderful and the film received a fantastic response from the audience. Notices about the screening were posted in THE EAST HAMPTON STAR, SAG HARBOR EXPRESS, DAN'S PAPERS, HAMPTONS.COM and THE GUILD HALL web site.

In attendance were notable MAGNUM photographer, BURT GLINN with his wife Art Curator ELENA PROHASKA, and fellow MAGNUM luminary. ELLIOTT ERWITT, along with his wife Film Producer, PIA FRANKENBERG. Among the guests were East Hamptonites JUDITH HOPE and TOM TWOMEY, photographer BERYL BERNAY, restaurateur LIEF HOPE .SAG HARBOR EXPRESS PUBLISHER and EDITOR BRYAN BOYHAN and his wife who came from Sag Harbor along with SID HOLMES and MARIANNE LIBATORE. Painters JUDY CLIFFORD and MADELEINE I.E. MEEHAN were there along with NYU Film Professor Emeritus, SUMNER GLIMCHER, MARY REILLY,South Hampton Decorator JUDY HADLOCK with her husband JACK HADLOCK and their friends LOUISE and DAVID BRAVER. These people and many other friends came to GUILD HALL on a beautiful summer afternoon to see PLUCK. I was delighted to greet at them all at a festive reception held in the garden after the screening.
